📚 Mandatory Training: All new members are required to undergo basic training provided by authorized Nest Point representatives before beginning any work.
💼 Initial Investment: A reservation fee must be paid to initiate your membership.
🔁 Refundable Policy: This amount is conditionally refundable based on the successful completion of Testing Work as outlined below.
Every new member must complete a Testing Work Assignment before they can begin formal work.
This assignment is compulsory for all members and acts as a qualification step.
❗ IMPORTANT: If the Testing Work is not completed or done incorrectly, the reservation amount becomes non-refundable.
📝 All policies are clearly communicated prior to joining. Once you accept the terms, no claims, complaints, or objections will be entertained.

Negative remarks, false accusations, or unethical behavior toward the company are strictly prohibited.

Nest Point is not responsible for any personal, legal, or financial liabilities arising from the member’s side.

All payments are made willingly by the member; therefore, no legal claims or disputes are permissible.
Members agree to treat all shared data as highly confidential.
Data may not be copied, shared, or used for any purpose outside the scope of the assigned work.
Strong measures must be taken to prevent unauthorized access or misuse of information.
Assigned tasks must be completed within the specified deadlines.
Any delays must be communicated and approved in advance.
Effective time management is expected to ensure both quality and punctuality.

Your reservation fee will not be refunded under the following conditions:
You discontinue the work with excuses after joining.
You submit incorrect or incomplete work.
You miss deadlines or violate company policies.
